Briea’s interest in sport started at an early age and competed in a variety of sports including Modern Pentathlon at youth GB level. At this time, she received regular massage from Dougie and she pursued her interest by graduating in BSc (Hons) Degree in Sports Rehabilitation in 2016. She now includes Acupuncture in her repertoire of treatments.
Beki has a keen passion for fitness and has accomplished many fitness goals. Beki specialises in treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and provides advice on exercises aiding recovery. Her positive energy helps clients understand and address habits to prevent muscular injuries.
Jane specialises in all injuries. Being a triathlete herself, she knows what its like to be out of action. She believes that prevention is better than cure and she can detect any potential injuries that can be nipped in the bud and prevented with regular maintenance.
Colin has been an active athlete for over 30 years, competing at national level, also competing in Ironman and triathlons. He has extensive experience in many areas of massage and his invaluable skills and advice makes him a very popular therapist.
