Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Tobutt Sports, we’re committed to helping you find the perfect running shoes. Our expert fitting process includes a gait analysis service to ensure you get the right shoe for your running style and needs. We offer a fair and transparent returns policy to support your confidence in shopping with us.

✅ Returns – What We Accept
You can return your shoes within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
Shoes are unworn outdoors and in resaleable condition (i.e., no dirt, scuffs, or odours)
Returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
We encourage customers to try their shoes indoors on a clean surface before wearing them outside. If they’re not quite right, you can return or exchange them within the 14-day period, as long as they haven’t been worn outdoors.

💡 Gait Analysis & Refunds
As part of our fitting service, we provide a gait analysis to help identify the best running shoe for you. The gait analysis is:
Free of charge when a pair of shoes is purchased at the time of the fitting
Charged at £25 if no purchase is made on the day
If you return a pair of shoes for a refund after having received a gait analysis, we will deduct the £25 gait analysis fee from your refund total, as the service has still been provided.

❌ Used or Damaged Shoes
We do not accept returns on shoes that have been worn outdoors or show visible signs of wear, including:
Dirty or worn soles
Scuffs, damage, or odors

⚠️ Faulty or Defective Shoes
If your shoes are faulty due to a manufacturer defect (e.g., sole separation, stitching failure), please bring them into the store. Once the fault is confirmed by the manufacturer, we will offer a replacement.

🔄 Exchanges
If you need a different size or model, we are happy to exchange shoes that are unworn and in original condition, subject to stock availability.
